Canary Whistleblowing System (Canary®) also provides the whistleblowers with their own workspace and our clients with their own case management :
- The whistleblowers have a secure and private workspace that enables views for the users to track their reports and tasks. They can see the status for each case in real-time and the action that might be required.
- The clients have also their own dashboard with statistics, current tasks and cases. The Case Management System allows the clients to perform actions such as requiring more information, archiving cases or even transmitting the case to another department.
