Training & Communication Support

While to empower employees is essential in success of a whistleblowing system, it is also challenging. Therefore, we assist our clients in education of their employees.
We provide our clients with training of administrator, training of ‘trainers’,  and training of employees.

Training of administrator

We train appointed personnel of the clients’ compliance department to become administrators who will be in charge of setting up the system, receiving the reviewed report and forward the report to the compliance department.

Training of trainers

We train selected employees by the clients to be trainers as well as role models for other employees in implementing Canary® WBS.

Training of employees

The training material covers fundamental of Canary® WBS for clients’ employees in general.
