Whistleblowing system is a service that enables employees, consumers, vendors or public to anonymously report unethical or unlawful behaviors or wrongdoings within an organization.

Our whistleblowing hotline has been established to allow reports to be directed to our governing body over any issues related to misconduct, violation of compliance rules and code of conduct, corruption, fraud, harassment, embezzlement, theft, health and safety violations, cover-ups and nepotism.

The hotline can be used by our employees, our vendors and our customers.

The Governing Body will review the report and any indication of misconduct will be addressed by implementing necessary actions.

Yes. Strict confidentiality rules apply. In addition, our system allows the report to be made anonymously.

Your Data will be deleted in the following cases:

  • Upon request from Canary’s client
  • At the end of the contract between Canary operator and our client
  • Upon request of whistleblower in case whistleblower has provided his/her personal data

No. There is no reward for reporting any issue.

Yes. The whistleblower has the privilege to create an account and add additional information whenever it is available. The whistleblower can communicate with the whistleblowing team through this interface.

A whistleblower can send a report through secured seven channels we provide, which are website form, text message, Phone/fax, postage mail, mobile app, email, and online chat.

Our server uses SSL certificate as a cryptograph protocol to secure communication between Canary Whistleblowing System and a client or a whistleblower. To add more layers of security, your data is encrypted.

The information is sent only to personnels mandated by our clients. Canary Whistleblowing System will not forward any information under any circumstances to any other person within or outside a client’s organization without any consent from our client.

Our offices are located in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Currently we serve Southeast Asia regions.

However, it does not rule out the possibility that we also serve other regions.
